Overview

GMK Airbyte Sync (“the App”) is developed and operated by Greenmarketing Agency. This policy explains what data the App accesses, how it is used, and your rights regarding that data.

Data the App accesses

The App connects to the Shopify Admin API to read store data, including orders, customers, products, inventory, discounts, and payment transactions. The App requests read-only access and does not create, modify, or delete any store data.

How data is used

Accessed data is replicated to a private data warehouse operated by or on behalf of the merchant. This data is used exclusively for internal analytics and reporting purposes. The App does not use store data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond data warehousing for the merchant who installed it.

Data sharing

Data accessed through the App is not sold, rented, or shared with any third party. It is stored solely in the merchant’s designated data warehouse infrastructure.

Data retention

Data is retained in the merchant’s data warehouse for as long as the merchant requires it. When the App is uninstalled, no further data is collected. Merchants may request deletion of previously synced data by contacting us directly.

GDPR and customer data requests

The App complies with Shopify’s mandatory privacy webhooks. Upon receiving a customer data request or deletion request from Shopify, we process it within 30 days. To submit a data request directly, contact us at the address below.

Security

All data in transit is encrypted using TLS. Access to the data warehouse is restricted to authorized personnel only.
